Harry B. Yatsko II graduated from The Pennsylvania State University at University Park with a degree in Marketing. Following the completion of his degree, he began working in management for a retail sales company where he learned the value of great customer service and relationship building. Five years later, Harry began working for a large home builder in the tri state area. It was during this time he saw the need for a reliable erosion and sediment control (E&S) company. Erosion Control Specialists, Inc. (ECS Inc.) was established in 2006. Initially, ECS Inc. began solely with instillation of silt fence, however, it quickly became apparent that there was a need for a variety of other services. ECS Inc. expanded into offering a vast amount of demanded E&S and landscaping services. As President of this company, Harry understands the need and importance for quality work and outstanding customer service while building lasting business relationships. He strives every day to provide the best management practices and superior customer service to his customers.
‘I want ECS Inc. to be the only company that comes to mind when you think about erosion control and landscaping.’
Fredy Navarro learned his passion of working outdoors early on at one of this first jobs. He began working at a nursey and then moved on to his first E&S job. The combination of both jobs developed his interest of Erosion Control and Landscaping. When the opportunity arose for a leadership role at ECS Inc. he took it and joined the company as a crew foreman. Since then, he has worked in every position, in all capacities of E&S control. He was promoted to Production Manager and now oversees all field personnel and production schedules.
